“We stayed here for our wedding/had a wedding block here and it was outstanding! The hotel was so accommodating and communicative leading up to the wedding and so kind once we got there. They treated us with complimentary bubbly and macaroons when we arrived. The hotel staff is so lovely!! Great stay!”
“This is my first time in Chicago, came here for business with Sola Salons. Our entire network stayed here and we've had such a wonderful experience. Our work conference was here in their event space and we also stayed here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted from Demetri, Management and the concierge team. My flight arrived earlier than anticipated and Demetri was able to check and see if my room was available earlier and luckily got me in, but while I was waiting I was offered a beverage. From the start the guest experience was wonderful. It really set the tone for our stay here, since I was new to the area, I asked him for lunch recommendations near by and he gave me a list of a few places near by since I had time to kill before our event. The corporate event space was spacious. The elevator event signs were a nice touch. We were served breakfast and lunch with Fora the restaurant inside the hotel and it was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the wait staff and the food always came on time. Five stars for the staff, Management, organization, service, restaurant food and cleanliness. I've stayed at many hotels in large cities like NYC and this is the gold standard for service.”
